Sign President Obama’s Birthday Card
Today is President Obama’s 50th birthday. To celebrate, First Lady Michelle Obama sent a note to supporters about her husband and the choices he makes every day on behalf of American families.
She also has a special request for all of us:
I'm asking friends and supporters of this campaign to wish him a happy birthday by signing his card, and sharing why you're on this journey with us.
Your names and notes will become part of a book that tells the story of this campaign -- who's building it, why we're in this thing, and what he means to us. We'll deliver a copy to Barack and send one to our campaign offices across the country.

Today, the President and First Lady are hosting 30,000 people from all 50 states for the annual 2011 White House Easter Egg Roll – and you’re invited. As part of Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move! initiative, this year’s theme for the Easter Egg Roll is "Get Up and Go" and focuses on health and wellness. Today’s event also includes live musical performances, story-time readings, healthy cooking demos, sports, and other live acts.
